I invite you to experience this sabbatical together with me. With this blog I share my experiences and will invite you to learn along with me. Join me in reading and reflecting together so we can learn together how to apply Jesus' radical teaching from the Beatitudes to our lives today.

Go In Peace
This was the back of the state park sign as I walked away from the beach and to the bus. Who knows, you may just see this on the screen at the end of a service some time and be one of the few who knows where the picture came from!
Hi Tony, I am very much enjoying your comments and photos. As for the Go in Peace sign, cool idea to have it at Ivanrest. I suggest that you find the words "And sin no more," then I'll know it's your usual, personal touch. :) By now you've had your exam. Trusting it went well, Brenda
Pastor Tony, you take fine photos! In addition to the peace sign, I notice the fence -- it divides something/someone from something/someone, but also has a cross design (look especially at the bottom left), reminding me that Christ is the mediator. Joy
